All sales are final. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and only in accordance with our refund policy. Termination for violation of these Terms will result in forfeiture of any remaining subscription period without refund.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service unavailability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
